How is the sound quality?
Sound quality varies with each setup. However, if you have a
decent set of speakers, amplifiers and subwoofers, the sound quality can
be tuned for a very rich experience.
The original Mac Mini only
provides Stereo Sound, however the mobyCar kit allows for professional
audio quality components to be added supporting up to 7.1 surround sound
configurations or simulated 3D sound with a stereo speaker setup. |

it into my car void my Apple Care Warranty?
Apple is prepared
to honour the warranty of Mac Mini that has been specially modified by us.
Therefore if you purchase the Mac Mini as part of the mobyCar kit, your

How I boot up the
Mac Mini?
The
Mac Mini will boot up on its own when you start the engine, about 30 – 45
seconds, it will be ready. Therefore, it does not really matter where you
would like to place your Mac Mini. |

Do I have to
manually shut down the Mac Mini?
No you just have to off the engine,
the Mac Mini will auto shut down. It is only when the Mac Mini is fully
shut down before the power supply is been cut off. The shutting down time
is about 15 seconds. |

Can I use back the
same screen if I install a reverse camera?
Definitely, the screen comes with 2 AV

Yes.
We have tested the Mac Mini for a period of 1 year, by parking the car
under hot sun, driving around on a hot day and drive all the way up to KL.

It allows the playback of Audio CD, VCD, DVD, MP3, WAV, AAC etc. It also

If there is enough space on your console (2 din), you may retain your HU.
The Mac Mini can use your HU to output the

Why do I need to pair my handphone with the Mac Mini?
Bluetooth paring with the Mac Mini allows the automactic muting and display of

How do you use the
Mac Mini when driving, the screen is so small?
Whilst driving, we do not advise you to fiddle with the Mac desktop, instead, we
have build a mobyCar software interface, through the control of a knob,
you can easily manipulate the various functions, voice activation will be
added into the software at a later stage as it is now under testing. |

Can I have additional screens?
Yes, but all additional screens must be VGA screens. AV screens can be added as
well but optional equipment will be required and does not make the cost justifiable. |
